Nice and elegant annex 2 + 2; mq 52 + 15 mq verandah.
"La Mimi" is situated on the green hills of Lucca. Cities of art and sea are easy to reach.
10 km from Lucca, 16 km from the coast (Versilia, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi), 80 km from Florence, 25 km from Alpi Apuane, 35 km from Pisa, 37 km from the airport of Pisa, 3 km from the manège and kiak center, 11 km from golf.

Comfortable and antique furniture, air conditioning and heating. Dining room/kitchen with oven, fridge and freezer.
Shining living-room with a wide glass window in wrought iron and a wall worked with original stones, a double sofa-bed and TV.
One double bedroom with a double bed in wrought iron (mt 1.40), wardrobe and an armchair.
One bathroom with shower and with a window with view on the swimming pool and a lumber-room (washing machine).
A big verandah (15 mq) just outside the living room is very nice and usefull for outdoor lunches and breakfasts. From the verandah you can reach the equiped swimming-pool. It has an irregular shape and it’s about 7 x 4 mt.
The garden is characterised by a terraced land which builds a sort of natural green amphitheatre around the building.
Inside the enclosed property (mq 6,000) you can find the independent owners’home.

Electricity is not included in the renting price. Payment according to consumption (Price Euro 0.30 per 1KW)
