The apartment for rent has its own indipendent entrance leading to a small kitchen/dining room with fireplace. It has two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and an attic bedroom with a sofabed.
The price is valid all year along. It includes linen and heating (if the use is moderate). Price for 4 people:
1 night 100 euro
from 2 to 4 nights 80 euro pro night
5 or more night 70 euro pro night.
If more than 4 people, 10 euro pro night each.

Outside there are several shady and sunny spots around the garden where you may relax and enjoy the breathtaking landscape.
Table-tennis.
On the evening of your arrival it is our custom to offer a simple traditional Tuscan dinner to guests staying for a week or more. The dinner is accompanied with our own wine produced and bottled at Montecorboli. Any additional meals should be arranged in advance and cost between 25 and 50 Euro pro person, wine included.

Our kitchen is fully equipped for 4-6 persons. It has a fire-place. Central heating with gaz or through the fire-place.
