Situated in the heart of Chianti Classico, about 30 km from both Siena and Florence, Montecorboli dominates the surrounding valleys, built above its terraced vineyards and olive trees. Its location makes it easy to reach the rich cultural heritage of the Tuscan hills. There are many historic and artistic itineraries that make Montecorboli a good location to start exploring from.

If you are coming from north on the Autostrada A1 exit at Firenze Certosa and on your right enter the Autopalio to Siena. If you come from south exit at Valdichiana and follow the indication to Siena. Here enter the Autopalio to Florence.
On the Autopalio exit at S. Donato. Turn left to S. Donato and Castellina (right if you are coming from south). Do not enter the village of S. Donato. Following the provincial road to Castellina, turn left after kilometer stone 9 and follow the dirt road all the way to Montecorboli. The road ends in our garden.

Here we produce wine (3000 bottles a year). The wine has been matured in oak casks for 30 months before being transferred to bottles. Wine tasting is part of your stay at Montecorboli. To increase your knowledge about Tuscany we organize cooking lessons for small groups.

There are many small jobs that you might like to help out with, such as grape and olive picking as well as pruning and helping out in the wine cellar.
