The farm, situated in a glade circled by woods of holm-oak and chestnut trees, is surrounded by lush, green lawns. Each of the flats can enjoy and make use of garden furniture in an area reserved for eating and relaxing.

The external structure of the antique hayloft/stall has not been modified. Inside there are two independent flats: a small one with kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom - and a larger one with a big kitchen/livingroom with a fireplace, two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The big flat is principaly on the ground floor, it is without barriers and therefore easiely accessible for handicapped guests. The two flats can be united, so that it can cater for up to 8 people.

Coming from the north: Highway A 1 until Firenze Certosa, then on the Raccordo Firenze - Siena until Siena and then on the State Road SS 223 direction Grosseto up to Km 49,4. There you turn right after the petrol station and the bridge on the river Merse, following the Strada provinciale delle Pinete for Monticiano, passing San Lorenzo a Merse and turning left after 5 km for Tocchi and the signs for "Podere Leccetro". Our distance from Florence is about 100 km. Coming from the south: Highway A 12 Rome - Civitavecchia, then the State Road SS1 (Aurelia) to Grosseto, then the State Road SS 223 for Siena up to Km 49,4. Before the bridge on the river Merse and the petrol station turn left on the Strada Provinciale delle Pinete for Monticiano, passing San Lorenzo a Merse and turning left after 5 km for Tocchi and the signs for "Podere Leccetro". Our distance from Grosseto is about 50 km.
